Delivery and Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via insured priority mail through the United States Post Office. Delivery charges are automatically applied to each order
and are based on the total price of items in your order. Rates for deliveries
in the U.S. are set according to the following chart. (Texas residents will
also be charged sales tax.) For information about International Delivery,
please see International Orders (below) for an estimated cost, these prices are subject to change so please call for an accurate amount.

Express and Overnight orders must be received by 10:00
AM (CST) , Monday - Friday. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped the
following business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and all major
holidays will be shipped out on the following business day.
Standard Deliveries will arrive within 3 - 10 business
days.
For Express orders, add $6.95 in addition to the
standard delivery charge. Express orders will arrive within 2 - 4 business
days.
Call for Overnight orders, and a quote will be given once we determine the cost to overnight it..
Please note: On Express and Overnight orders,
backordered items and items which are subject to a special delivery window
(i.e. Special Occasion apparel with 6 - 8 weeks delivery as noted on item
listing) will be sent out standard delivery.
Orders shipped to AK, HI and PR are shipped insured
priority mail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
International Shipments
All International shipments will be shipped by the
United States Post Office. Average delivery time is 3 - 4
weeks. Please note the chart below is an
estimate for delivery charges, please call for the
actual amount, and it will be determined once we know
where your item is being shipped and how much it
actually weighs.

Returns and Exchanges
Alexandra & Austin accepts merchandise returned
within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will either replace the item,
credit your account, or refund your purchase price.
Please send all exchanges or returns via UPS or parcel
post insured to the following address:

Please include your name, address, phone number, email
address and a brief explanation of the problem.
All returns are handled immediately. Please allow up
to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement if paid by credit
card.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be
unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed
the order. You may, however, request a store credit to
be used at a later date or
exchange by indicating the item was a gift. Please be sure that you include
your name, address and phone number as well as the name and address of the
person who placed the order with Alexandra & Austin to ensure proper
credit.There
are no returns or exchanges on Special Orders!
When placing a Special Order be sure of sizes and color,
since there are no returns or exchanges. (If you
have any questions please give us a call at

assist you before placing your order).
All returned items must be in original condition with
the garment tag intact.
If it has been over 30 days since the purchase date or
if the item is damaged, authorization for return must be granted by a Alexandra
& Austin Customer Service Representative. You may do this by calling (281)
894-2200 / (800)921-ALEX or by e-mail at
sales@alexandraandaustin.com. It is up to the discretion of Alexandra
& Austin to accept or decline merchandise returned after the initial
30
days and it may be subject to the current sales price.

How to Measure
1.
DRESS LENGTH
Measure from shoulder point at neck over fullest
part of the chest, to hemline. Tea Length is
mid calf and Ballerina Length is at the ankle.
2.
CHEST/BUST
Measure around fullest part of the chest,
keeping tape straight, 1" below arm hole seam
all the way around, across shoulder blades, and
back to starting point.
3.
WAIST
Measure around the natural waistline (1” above
belly button).
4.
Shoulder to
Waist
Measure from shoulder to 1” above belly
button.

represent tea length; ballerina length is about 3” longer from waist to
hem in toddler, 4” longer from waist to hem in 4-6X and 5” longer from
waist to hem in 7-16.

Please Note: Susanne
Lively recommends that you allow 1.5” to 2” more in the bust and waist
from the natural measurements (i.e. chest measurement or waist
measurement is 24” then you should look on the chart for 26”).
SUSANNE LIVELY CHRISTENING GOWNS:
Size Small (0 to 6 Months) - Total Length of Gown is
36 to 37" long and fits up to 17 pounds.
Size Large (6 to 12 Months) - Total Length of Gown is 36 to
37 " long and fits up to 22 pounds.
